Private Residential Price Index

Private residence increase in prices for Q1 is 3.1% and forecast of Q2 is projected to be at 5.1%

 

2018 first quarter results are:

CCR Core Central Region 5%

OCR Outside Central Region 3.8%

RCR Rest of Central Region1.1%

 to purchase at CCR would generate better capital gain as compared to RCR.
